Stilty Bird house offers a state-of-the-art home entertainment system, including plasma screen TVs (with DSTV and Surroundsound), DVDs and centralised hi-fi system allowing music to be played throughout the house and terraces.

The impressive double-height TV lounge features over-sized leather couches and pebble gas fire. This leads to a spacious dining area (seating 8 people) and a large, fully equipped kitchen offering every possible amenity including dual fuel cooker, built-in microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. A full bar with drinks fridges opens onto the extensive stoep. There is also a separate utility room with washing machine, fridge and dryer.

Each of the 5 bedrooms (2 double, 2 twin, 1 single) has an ensuite bathroom and a private patio or balcony. Other luxuries include solid wood flooring (with underfloor heating), off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles and double lock-up garage with electric doors. Linen, crockery, glassware and cookware is provided, along with pool towels. (Guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.)
