DAY	ACTIVITY		Report explanation
1	Alarm went off. Checked and identified branch against window causing issue. Plan to prune back next gardening day. Alarm reset.		<< Every day that there is activity at your property, we complete a live report.
2	Regular cleaning day (Monday). Noted all towels need fresh laundering ready for next week's client holiday visit. Do next Monday. Noticed that storm drains blocked on driveway. Municipality contacted.		At the end of each month a comprehensive report is written to keep the client fully up to date >>
3	Full security check carried out on property - no issues to report. Weekly visit to maintain gardens completed. Pruned back branches on tree. Plan to lay top dressing at next visit after lawn mow. Post box damaged - request OK to purchase and fit new one.		<< Any important decision that need to be taken are automatically emailed

5	Regular cleaning day (Thursday) - no issues to report. Electric wiring circuit to main house tripping in bad [wet] weather. Need to arrange electrician to inspect to identify cause.		Photographs of projects in progress are posted so that the client can see current status >>
6	Previously requested snagging meeting (Builder, Architect and Dav1es) booked for today. Full snagging list reviewed and new timing agreed (see separate report). Comments back asap please.

9	Regular cleaning day (Monday) - no issues to report but need to buy more cleaning materials. All cleaning and laundry completed ready for client to visit this week. Municipality visited and cleared all driveway storm drains. Regarding ADSL connection requested: electrician visited today and will quote to lay cabling from boundary to internal connection. Cause of circuit trip identified - see separate email.
10	Regular gardening day - mowed lawns and applied top dressing. New postbox and post installed in driveway.

All regular maintenance has taken place on time and there are no issues to report or need your approval. The new pool construction has progressed well and foundations have been laid, retaining walls built and plastered, steps constructed. Have started to construct decking around pool. Over the next week I will contact you so that we can agree the exact colour of the fibreglass coating. We need to decide how the steps are constructed from the pool to the lapa. Photographs show current progress Can you reconfirm the dates you will be at the property over the Christmas period.
